1. About the cancellation policy
1.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (HeroSmile GmbH, Herzog-Bernd-Str.2-4 in 29614 Soltau, support@herosmilegermany.de) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired and for you to have returned the goods within the period defined below.
1.2 Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; less a processing fee of €5.00. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, depending whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us or send them back to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of the insured return of the goods.
You have to for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
1.3 Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
General Notes
1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging and unopened with all their contents.
2. If possible, please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3. Please note that compliance with the aforementioned conditions is a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
